随着近年来我国煤炭事业的发展,煤炭的高效高产成为研究的重大课题。针对以往在对过厚煤层开采过程遇到的问题,立柱型放顶煤液压支架在保证合理开采的前提下提高了开采率。在保持原有的各种液压支架功能基础上,以自身特有的可动性高强度钻头为标志,充分利用“内应力场”实现顶煤疏松,从而提高开采率。利用活动式挡板提高排放率,减少煤损耗,提高综合性能,也可实现较高的经济效益。
With the development of China’s coal industry in recent years, the efficient and high-yielding coal has become a major research topic. In view of the problems encountered in the process of over-thick coal seam mining in the past, the hydraulic props of column-type caving coal raise the recovery rate under the premise of ensuring reasonable mining. On the basis of maintaining the original functions of various hydraulic supporters, marking is made with its own unique high-intensity mobile drill bits and the top coal is made loose by utilizing “internal stress field” to improve the recovery rate. The use of movable baffles to increase the emission rate, reduce coal loss and improve overall performance, but also to achieve higher economic benefits.
