科学素养由科学知识、科学能力、科学方法、科学意识和科学品质五个要素构成。本文研究了科学素养在本科教育培养中的重要意义,探讨了在数字信号处理教学过程中具体的实施办法。从加强基础知识的培养、加强理论应用实际的能力等方面培养学生的科学素养,提高学生解决问题的能力及方法,培养学生具有高尚的品德、科学的世界观,使之成为对社会有用的人。
Scientific literacy consists of five elements: scientific knowledge, scientific ability, scientific method, scientific awareness and scientific quality. This paper studies the importance of scientific literacy in undergraduate education and discusses the specific implementation methods in the teaching of digital signal processing. From the aspects of strengthening the training of basic knowledge and strengthening the practical ability of applying theory, etc., students ’scientific literacy should be cultivated, the students’ ability and method to solve problems should be raised, and students should be cultivated to be virtuous and scientific worldview and make them useful to the society.
