目的:观察沙苑子黄酮对人肝癌HepG2细胞的体外抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法观察沙苑子黄酮对人肝癌HepG2细胞的抑制作用,进一步观察沙苑子黄酮对HepG2细胞形态、超微结构、生长曲线以及集落形成的影响。结果:沙苑子黄酮可明显抑制HepG2肿瘤细胞的增殖和集落的形成,50μg/mL剂量组集落形成率为25.6(P<0.01),远低于对照组;光镜及透射电镜可以发现细胞形态有凋亡特征变化。结论:沙苑子黄酮体外对人肝癌HepG2细胞具有明显的抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的作用,其作用与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the inhibitory effect of Fructus Schisandrae flavone on HepG2 human hepatoma cells in vitro. Methods: MTT assay was used to observe the inhibitory effect of Fructus Suisotronus on HepG2 cells. The effect of Fructus Sumac flavonoids on the morphology, ultrastructure, growth curve and colony formation of HepG2 cells was further observed. Results: Fructus flavovis flavonoids could significantly inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 tumor cells and the formation of colonies. The colony formation rate was 25.6 (P <0.01) in the 50μg / mL dose group, which was much lower than that in the control group. Apoptosis changes. Conclusion: Fructus flavovis flavonoids can inhibit the proliferation of human hepatoma HepG2 cells in vitro, and its effect is related to the induction of tumor cell apoptosis.
