以水稻品系LAC23为抗性供体亲本,优质保持系金23B为受体亲本,以回交转育为基础,逐代用分子标记RM224或MRG4766检测导入广谱抗稻瘟病基因Pi-1,获得抗稻瘟病能力提高的新品系金抗1B,并以此与金23A连续多代回交,最终育成抗稻瘟病籼型三系不育系金抗1A.金抗1A抗性达到LAC23(Pi-1)的抗性水平,且保持了金23A米质优、育性稳定、配合力强等优良经济性状.
The rice line LAC23 was used as the resistant donor, and the high-quality maintainer line 23B was used as the recipient parent. Based on the backcross breeding, the broad-spectrum blast resistance gene Pi-1 was introduced one by one by molecular marker RM224 or MRG4766, The new line with enhanced blast resistance was gold-1B, which was then crossed with Jin-23A for many generations to develop a new line of Indica CMS line Jin-1A. Gold-1A resistance reached LAC23 (Pi-1 ) Resistance level, and maintained the golden 23A rice quality, fertility and stability, with strong economic performance such as good.
