为实现减少碳排放和提高能源效率的双重目标,金融支持和技术进步的作用值得探讨。本文运用空间杜宾模型分析金融支持、技术进步与能源效率在碳排放约束下的关系,研究结果表明:就直接效应而言,银行信贷对技术进步呈现正向作用,股票市场表现为负,保险市场表现不显著;技术进步对能源效率的提升表现为负;银行贷款、股票市场及财政科技经费对能源效率的提高为正向作用,保险市场表现显著为负。因此,在碳排放约束下,金融支持通过技术进步对能源效率的间接提升效果不佳,直接促进作用明显。
In order to achieve the dual goals of reducing carbon emissions and improving energy efficiency, the role of financial support and technological progress is worth exploring. This paper analyzes the relationship between financial support, technological progress and energy efficiency under carbon emission constraints by using the spatial Dobbin model. The results show that in terms of direct effects, bank credit plays a positive role in technological progress, and the stock market is negative. Insurance Market performance is not significant; technological progress is negative for energy efficiency improvement; bank loans, stock market and finance and science and technology funds are positive for improving energy efficiency, and insurance market performance is significantly negative. Therefore, under the carbon emission constraint, the direct effect of financial support through indirect improvements in energy efficiency through technological progress will be ineffective.
