目的:将剖宫产组、置器失败组和一般组育龄妇女宫腔形态进行对比性研究,由此选择相应的 IUD 类型。方法:使用 SH-1型官腔测量仪,固定专人测量宫腔径线,根据子宫内膜腔长度和三条横径数值模拟官腔形态,选择相应 IUD。结果:各组宫腔纵、横径数值经 t 检验,差异非常显著(P<0.05;P<0.01)。一般组宫腔形态为倒置的等腰三角形,适合各种类型的 IUD;剖宫产组呈窄长型倒三角结构,适合 T、γ型 IUD;置器失败组呈宽短型倒三角结构,适合 ML 型 IUD。结论:置放 IUD 前必须明确其官腔形态。官腔第二、三横径是确定官腔形态、选择 IUD 的重要因素。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the uterine morphology of the cesarean section, the failed device and general women of childbearing age, and select the corresponding IUD type. Methods: Using the SH-1 type of bureau cavity measuring instrument, fixed the person to measure the uterine line, according to the endometrial cavity length and three transverse diameter numerical simulation of the morphology of the lumen, select the appropriate IUD. Results: The longitudinal and transverse diameters of uterine cavity in each group were significantly different (P <0.05; P <0.01) by t-test. General group of intrauterine morphology is inverted isosceles triangle, suitable for all types of IUD; cesarean section was narrow long inverted triangular structure, suitable for T, γ IUD; finisher failure group was short and short inverted triangular structure, Suitable for ML type IUD. Conclusion: IUD must be placed before the official state of shape. The second and third of the bureaucratic dimensions are important factors in determining the pattern of the officialdom and the choice of IUD.
