为提高铸造凝固过程数值模拟的计算效率,在砂型铸造凝固过程中,基于凝固特征提出了“瞬态区域”的概念;对不同的计算区域采用不同的时间步长进行计算,建立了分区域计算方法。建立了基于分数步长法的隐式差分方法。此外,提出了一种计算砂型铸造过程中铸型“瞬态区域”厚度的估算方法,并利用铸型的温度梯度分布进行了分析验证。应用分析表明,分区域计算方法在模拟准确性的基础上显著地提高了计算效率,较好地解决了模拟计算的计算效率问题。
In order to improve the computational efficiency of numerical simulation of casting solidification process, the concept of “transient region” was proposed based on the solidification characteristics in the process of sand casting solidification. Different calculation regions were calculated by different time steps, Area calculation method. An implicit difference method based on fractional step method is established. In addition, a method to calculate the thickness of the transient region in the mold during sand casting is proposed, and the temperature gradient distribution of the mold is analyzed and verified. The application analysis shows that the sub-region calculation method significantly improves the calculation efficiency based on the simulation accuracy and solves the calculation efficiency problem of the simulation calculation well.
