目的检测男性不育患者的染色体异常与性激素水平异常。方法对男性不育患者分为无精子症组16例,少精子或弱精子症组19例,检测其性激素水平,外周血染色体,部分病人根据需要加做AZF微缺失的检测和荧光原位杂交(FISH)。结果无精子症组16例,其中染色体异常5人;少精子弱精子组19例,有1例染色体正常但是AZFc片段缺失,5例无精子症中伴染色体异常的FSH平均值为39.45±15.19 mIU/ml,LH10.36±8.33 mIU/ml,11例不伴染色体异常的无精子症患者FSH平均值为8.09±9.02 mIU/ml,LH5.63±4.77mIU/ml,19例少精子和弱精子组FSH平均值为7.70±5.70mIU/ml,LH平均值为4.72±2.40mIU/ml,不伴染色体异常的无精子症患者FSH、LH水平与少弱精子组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论无精子症患者,应常规检测性激素水平,对于性激素FSH(>20 mIU/ml)、LH值较高的患者,应加做外周血染色体检查和AZF微缺失检测,必要时加做SRY基因检测。
Objective To detect chromosomal abnormalities and sex hormone abnormalities in male infertility patients. Methods Male infertility patients were divided into 16 cases of azoospermia group, 19 cases of oligozoospermia or asthenospermia group. The levels of sex hormones and chromosomes in peripheral blood were detected. Some patients were tested for AZF microdeletion and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Results Azoospermia group 16 cases, including 5 chromosomal abnormalities; oligozoospermia group of 19 cases, 1 case of normal chromosome but AZFc fragment was missing, 5 cases of azoospermia associated with chromosomal abnormalities FSH average of 39.45 ± 15.19 mIU / ml, and LH10.36 ± 8.33 mIU / ml. The mean FSH FSH in 11 azoospermia patients without chromosomal abnormalities were 8.09 ± 9.02 mIU / ml and LH5.63 ± 4.77 mIU / ml, respectively. There were 19 cases of oligospermia The average FSH in group FSH and LH was 7.70 ± 5.70mIU / ml and LH was 4.72 ± 2.40mIU / ml in patients without azoospermia. There was no significant difference between FSH and LH levels in oligozoospermia group (P> 0.05) . Conclusions Patients with azoospermia should be routinely tested for sex hormone levels. For patients with FSH (> 20 mIU / ml) and high LH value, peripheral chromosomal examination and AZF microdeletion should be performed. SRY gene test .
