一、概述 为改善空军各级气象部门通信条件,适应高技术条件下作战和训练飞行气象保障的需要,空军第七研究所在空军引进的DMN2000 VSAT卫星数据通信网的基础上开发研制了气象信息传输系统。该系统采用分组交换技术和计算机通信技术,充分发挥了VSAT卫星数据通信网的优势,实现了空军各级气象部门之间迅速准确的气象信息传输。 I. Overview In order to improve the communication conditions of the meteorological departments at all levels of the Air Force and meet the needs of combat and training flight weather protection under high-tech conditions, the Seventh Research Institute of the Air Force developed the meteorological information based on the DMN2000 VSAT satellite data communication network introduced by the Air Force Transmission system. The system uses packet switching technology and computer communication technology, give full play to the advantages of VSAT satellite data communications network to achieve a rapid and accurate meteorological information transmission between meteorological departments at all levels of the Air Force.
