学校体育的根本目的是对学生健康成长的可持续发展及掌握锻炼的方法的培养,在教学中教会学生针对自身的情况科学的开出运动处方,才能在体育活动中有针对性的进行锻炼.。但是,如果一开始就让学生自己开出处方,可行吗?答案当然是否定的,因此,教师合理的对学生加以分类,从而实施运动处方的教学模式较为可行,本文将探索与《体能标准》相适应的实施策略,研究如何以更好的方法传播运动处方,让每个学生学会主动的科学锻炼方法,更好的评价自我的身体素质和终身运动思想的建立,全面提高学生的身体素质。
The fundamental purpose of school physical education is to cultivate students’ sustainable development of healthy growth and methods of training.
