用环磷酰胺(Cy)处理小鼠及快速老化模型小鼠(SAM)观察了六味地黄汤有效部位CA4对免疫功能的调节作用。结果表明,CA4可明显增强SAM抗早衰亚系SAMR1及早衰亚系SAMP8的免疫功能,促进其脾细胞抗体生成反应,增强脾细胞的增殖反应能力。CA4和Cy所致小鼠脾细胞抗体生成反应低下具有明显的改善作用。研究还发现,CA4对Cy所致胸腺L3T4+细胞数目下降具有明显的拮抗作用,但对Lyt2+细胞数目的减少无改善作用。CA4明显增强正常小鼠脾细胞的T辅助活性,增强Cy处理小鼠脾脏特异性杀伤T细胞(CTL)的活性。提示CA4对TH及TC的功能均具有调节作用。
The effects of CA4, an effective site of Liuweidihuang Decoction, on immune function were observed in mice treated with cyclophosphamide (Cy) and rapid-aging mice (SAM). The results showed that CA4 could significantly enhance the immune function of SAMR premature senescence line SAMR1 and premature senescence line SAMP8, promote the antibody production reaction of splenocytes and enhance the proliferative response of spleen cells. CA4 and Cy-induced murine splenocyte antibody production response has a significant improvement. The study also found that CA4 on Cy-induced thymus L3T4 + cell number decreased significantly antagonistic effect, but no effect on the number of Lyt2 + cells decreased. CA4 markedly enhanced the T helper activity of splenocytes in normal mice and enhanced the activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) in mice treated with Cy. Tip CA4 on the function of TH and TC have a regulatory role.
