本文介绍了在西方国家中,当参与内战的双方通过产生不能私下达成的利益形成了中央政府时的国家宏观经济特点。参与内战的各方都依照自己军事力量的大小对政府施加影响。中央政府通过征税、出口自然资源、开发旅游景点等来吸引来自外国的贷款和补贴,并将净收入分配给对立的双方。
This paper presents the macroeconomic characteristics of the state in the Western countries when they formed the central government through their own interests that could not be reached privately. All parties involved in the civil war exert influence on the government according to the size of their own military forces. The central government attracts loans and subsidies from foreign countries by taxing, exporting natural resources and developing tourist attractions, and distributes net income to the two opposing parties.
