用动态粘弹谱(DMA)考察了经不同热处理后的磺化聚苯乙烯钠盐离聚体(NaSPS)的动态力学性能,发现热历史对离聚体玻璃化温度无明显影响,淬火能有效增加离子簇数量从而使粘弹谱的橡胶平台变宽。玻璃化温度以上退火有助于形成稳定的离子簇。玻璃化温度以下退火则由于形成不稳定的离子簇导致二次升温过程中发生结构重组,淬火能有效减小这种现象。首次发现NaSPS有一随热历史而变的β松弛,认为该松弛是由非受限键层局部链段的运动所致。
The dynamic mechanical properties of sulfonated polystyrene sodium ionomer (NaSPS) after different heat treatments were investigated by dynamic viscoelastic spectroscopy (DMA). It was found that the thermal history had no significant effect on the glass transition temperature of the ionomer and quenching was effective The number of ion clusters is increased to widen the rubber platform of the viscoelastic spectrum. Annealing above the glass transition temperature helps to form stable clusters of ions. Annealing below the glass transition temperature results in structural reorganization during secondary heating due to the formation of unstable ion clusters, and quenching can effectively reduce this phenomenon. For the first time, NaSPS was found to have a beta relaxivity that is a function of thermal history and is believed to be due to the movement of local segments of the unbound chain.
