随着广西投资集团有限公司(简称集团公司)的发展,建设项目日益增多,投资规模越来越大,加强集团公司建设项目成本的管理和控制,对于控制投资支出、提高投资效益,有着重要的意义。加强建设项目的成本管控,不仅是防止投资突破限额,更是为了促进和建设单位的管理加强,有限的人,财,物等资源得到充分的利用,从而可以取得最好的经济和社会效益。 With the development of Guangxi Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as “the group company”), the number of construction projects is increasing and the investment scale is getting larger and larger. The management and control of the construction project costs of the group companies are intensified.
