着眼于科研素质的内涵,论述了科技期刊编辑的科研素质,即科研意识和科研能力,在编辑实践中的作用,特别是编辑在相关学科的科研素质是提高期刊水平和影响力的关键。探讨如何从提高科技期刊编辑的从业门槛、推行继续教育、参与科研实践和加强学术交流等方面着手,提高科技期刊编辑科研素质。
Focusing on the connotation of the quality of scientific research, the author discusses the scientific quality of sci-tech periodical editors, that is, the research consciousness and scientific research ability, which plays an important role in the practice of editing. In particular, the quality of scientific research in related disciplines is the key to improve the journal’s level and influence. To explore how to improve scientific research quality of sci-tech periodical editors by improving the threshold of sci-tech periodical editors, promoting continuing education, participating in scientific researches and strengthening academic exchange.
