我国加入世贸组织以来,对外工程承包领域为我国对外经济贸易的发展做出了积极的贡献,尤其是国有企业对外工程承包的发展更是对外承包的主要力量。然而,对于国有企业来说,预算管理仍然存在一些问题,没有充分发挥出其作用,这严重影响到国有企业的经济效益。本文就国有企业对外工程承包中的预算管理问题进行了浅析并提出了相关的建议以供大家思考。 Since China’s accession to the WTO, the field of foreign project contracting has made a positive contribution to the development of China’s foreign economic relations and trade. In particular, the development of foreign project contracting by state-owned enterprises is the major force for contracting foreign affairs. However, for state-owned enterprises, there are still some problems in budget management, which have not fully exerted their functions, which seriously affects the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises. This article has carried on the analysis to the budget management problem in the contracting of the state-owned enterprise’s external project and put forward the related suggestion for everybody to think.
