We were appointed by the Ministry of Agriculture to attend the Soybean Seed Quality and Seedling Conservation Conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The conference was initiated by the Sri Lanka Ministry of Agricultural Development and Research, the International Soybean Research Institute of the University of Illinois, the University of Mississippi Seed Technology Laboratory, in conjunction with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the United States Agency for International Development.
