用水热法合成了一些类水滑石 ,考察了它们在环己醇脱氢制备环己酮的反应中的催化活性。对 HTCu Zn Al和 HT Cu Mg Al用 XRD、IR、DTA等手段进行了表征。研究表明这两种类水滑石具有很高的催化活性 ,在温度 1 80℃时 ,环己醇转化率达 99%以上 ,选择性为 1 0 0 % ,HT Cu Zn Al的催化性能优于 HT Cu M-g Al
Some hydrotalcites were hydrothermally synthesized and investigated for their catalytic activity in the dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone. The structures of HTCu Zn Al and HT Cu Mg Al were characterized by XRD, IR and DTA. The results show that these two types of hydrotalcites have high catalytic activity. The conversion of cyclohexanol reaches to above 99% and the selectivity is 100% at 180 ℃, and the catalytic performance of HT Cu Zn Al is better than that of HT Cu Mg Al
