研究了l00 t DC电炉冶炼-100 t LF精炼-100 t VD精练-保护浇铸-控轧控冷工艺生产的微合金化38B3钢棒材的力学性能、组织和夹杂物。结果表明,微合金化钢的抗拉强度≥700 MPa、屈服强度≥425 MPa、硬度≥215 HB、伸长率≥21%、断面收缩率≥32%;该钢组织为珠光体+铁素体,晶粒度为7~8级;钢中主要夹杂物为Mn S和Ti4C2S2;钢的强度增加主要是Ti N细晶强化及相变强化共同作用引起的。本研究为轿车零部件用钛微合金化钢的进一步推广作了有益尝试。
The mechanical properties, microstructure and inclusions of the microalloyed 38B3 steel bar produced by 100t DC electric furnace refining -100 t LF refining -100 t VD scouring-protection casting-controlled rolling and controlled cooling process were studied. The results show that the tensile strength of microalloyed steel is ≥ 700 MPa, the yield strength is ≥ 425 MPa, the hardness is ≥ 215 HB, the elongation is ≥ 21% and the reduction of area is ≥ 32%. The microstructure of the steel is pearlite + ferrite , Grain size of 7 to 8; the main inclusions in steel is Mn S and Ti4C2S2; the increase of steel strength is mainly caused by the combination of TiN fine grain strengthening and phase transformation strengthening. This study made a useful attempt to further promote the use of titanium microalloyed steel for car parts.
