近年来我国使用调频磁带记录仪的单位日益增多。专业工厂在调试、校准和检测磁带记录仪的主要性能指标时,要使用专用的测试仪器(如抖晃仪)和价格昂贵的标准测试磁带。多数使用单位没有这种专用仪器和磁带,往往无法对磁带记录仪的主要技术性能指标作检测和验收,影响其正常使用。我们曾用实验室的通用仪器对调频磁带机主要性能指标进行了测试,现将其主要步骤和方法原理简述于下,供参考。
In recent years, China's use of FM tape recorder unit is increasing. Professional factories in the commissioning, calibration and testing of tape recorders the main performance indicators, the use of special test equipment (such as shaking device) and the expensive standard test tape. Most users do not have such special equipment and tape, tape recorders are often not the main technical performance indicators for testing and acceptance, affecting its normal use. We have used the laboratory of the common instrument FM drive main performance indicators were tested, now the main steps and methods of principle outlined below, for reference.
