中国入世以来,出口产品遭受美国反倾销的情况越来越严重,本文对2000-2005年期间若干较大的美国对中国反倾销案例进行分析,揭示了中国企业遭遇反倾销时放弃应诉和应诉中被裁定为倾销的比例非常高的主要原因,提出面对美国视中国为“非市场经济”国家而采取不公平的反倾销政策,中国企业必须构楚“备战型”出口产品成本和价值核算体系,产品出口前做好充分准备,被反倾销诉讼时才能处于主动地位,争取胜诉。
Since China’s accession to the WTO, exports have suffered more and more from U.S. anti-dumping.
