在飞行器铰链力矩测力和部件测力风洞试验中,常采用片式应变天平测量。受模型结构限制,传统片式天平连接端刚度相对天平元件不足,测量精准度偏低。将片式天平元件分解为多个柱梁元件,通过多个柱梁元件组成一台新型结构的片式天平,可以有效提高片式天平的测量精准度。传统力学分析和有限元软件仿真分析结果均表明该方法具有可行性。基于该技术研制了验证天平,校准结果表明该技术具有很高的应用价值。目前该片式天平研制技术已在中国空气动力研究与发展中心高速所成功应用于多个试验项目。
In aircraft articulated moment testing force and component wind tunnel test, often use sheet strain gauge measurement. Due to the limitation of the model structure, the stiffness of the traditional chip balance is not enough relative to the balance and the measuring accuracy is low. It can effectively improve the measuring accuracy of the chip balance by breaking down the chip balance element into a plurality of column elements and forming a new type of chip balance through a plurality of column elements. The results of traditional mechanics analysis and finite element software simulation show that this method is feasible. Based on this technology, a verification balance has been developed. The calibration results show that this technique has high application value. At present, the chip balance research and development technology has been successfully applied to many pilot projects at the high speed of China Aerodynamic Research and Development Center.
