类风湿性关节炎及Sjgren’s综合症患者发生无菌性角膜变薄、溃疡及穿孔,是已被肯定的现象。这些角膜变化与眼部手术的关系并没有论及。本文报告两例类风湿性关节炎及Sjogren’s综合症患者白内障术后不久发生无痛性无菌性角膜溃疡和穿孔。
Rheumatoid arthritis and Sjögren’s syndrome in patients with aseptic corneal thinning, ulcers and perforation, has been affirmed. The relationship between these corneal changes and eye surgery is not addressed. This article reports painless aseptic corneal ulceration and perforation in two patients with rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren’s syndrome shortly after cataract surgery.
