为了解决上悬式离心机运行中跨越临界转速出现共振、冲击等问题,文中运用有限元分析法对上悬式离心机转鼓进行了动态分析,探讨了转鼓各个结构参数对动态性能的影响关系,并以此为基础对转鼓系统动态性能进行了优化,分析获得了转鼓各结构对动态性能的影响程度。优化后转鼓临界转速避开了工作转速,分离性能提高了16%。所得转鼓各参数对动态性能的影响关系,为转鼓系统的进一步改进奠定基础。
In order to solve the problem of resonance and impact across the critical speed during the operation of the overhead suspension centrifuge, the dynamic analysis of the rotary drum of the overhead suspension centrifuge was carried out by finite element analysis, and the influence of various structural parameters of the rotary drum on the dynamic performance was discussed Based on this, the dynamic performance of the drum system was optimized and the influence of each structure of the drum on the dynamic performance was analyzed. Optimized drum critical speed to avoid working speed, separation performance increased by 16%. The relationship between the parameters of the drum and the dynamic performance of the resulting drum lay the foundation for the further improvement of the drum system.
