(一)成本,是经济工作中一个至关重要的问题。搞经济不讲成本,是必然要失败的。建国以来,我们在成本管理上做了大量工作,取得了一定的效果,在我国社会主义经济建设中,降低成本提供的资金积累,是一个很大的数目。但是,长期以来,经济工作在“左”的思想影响下,盲目追求高指标,成本问题往往被忽视,以致经济效果低,损失浪费大,经济建设没有取得预期的效果。党的三中全会以来,初步总结了经济建设中的一些主要经验教训,去年年底的中央工作会议,作出了经济上实行进一步调整,政治上实现进一步的安定团结的重大 (1) Cost is a crucial issue in economic work. To engage in economics without cost, it is bound to fail. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, we have done a great deal of work on cost management and achieved certain results. In China’s socialist economic construction, reducing the cost of capital provided by the cost is a huge number.
