目的探讨分析鄄城县4236名从事餐饮和食品加工的工作人员HBsAg检测结果。方法对本县2012年从事餐饮和食品加工的人员进行健康体检,HbsAg检测采用乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原检测试剂盒(胶体金法)测定。结果检测的从事餐饮和食品加工的4236名人员中,男性1841名,女性2395名,共检出HBsAg阳性107例(2.52%),其中男性65名(3.54%),女性42名(1.75%),男性阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本县2012年从事餐饮和食品加工的人员HBsAg阳性率为2.52%,与全国人群阳性率(7.18%)相比稍低,男性阳性率高于女性阳性率,但都分别低于全国男、女阳性率。充分说明人们对健康的认识和我们的执法监管力度都有了很大的提高。
Objective To analyze and analyze the results of HBsAg test in 4236 workers in food and food processing in Juancheng County. Methods A healthy physical examination was conducted on the staff engaged in food and beverage processing and food processing in 2012 in the county. The detection of HbsAg was carried out by the Hepatitis B virus surface antigen detection kit (colloidal gold method). Results Among the 4236 persons engaged in catering and food processing, there were 1841 males and 2395 females. Conclusion The positive rate of HBsAg in catering and food processing in this county was 2.52% in 2012, which is slightly lower than the national rate (7.18%). The positive rate of male is higher than that of female, but both are lower than that of national male, Female positive rate. It fully shows that people’s understanding of health and our law enforcement supervision have greatly improved.
