卫生部《关于深化卫生改革的几点意见》中明确提出,允许试行“一院两制”或“一院多制”的经营模式和分配方式,允许试办股份制医疗卫生机构。根据这一规定,结合我院实际,在确保医院公益性福利事业性质不变,职工身份和所有制性质不变,医院对科室宏观控制和具体支持不变的条件下,试行院内股份制。院内股份制将分两步实行,第一步,首先在高档疗区实行院内股份制;待总结经验之后,选择适当时机实现第二步计划,即在全院推行股份制。 我院是一座具有建院40年历史的全民所有制
