目的分析和评价采油厂油区联合站职业病危害因素程度,加强职业病危害因素关键岗位的控制及预防措施。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、GBZ 159-2004《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》、GBZ/T 160.40-2004《工作场所空气中混合烃类化合物的测定方法》、GBZ/T 160.29-2004《工作场所空气中无机含氮化合物的测定方法》、GBZ/T 189.8-2007《工作场所物理因素测量第8部分:噪声》,对5家联合站工作场所危害因素进行检测。结果在分析检测的5家联合站中,绝大多数工种接触的职业病危害因素都符合职业接触限值的要求。1家联合站收油工非甲烷总烃的时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)测定结果超过职业接触限值,不合格率占统计工种的20%,占统计岗位的12%。结论采油厂联合站多数在空旷偏远的山区,居住人群少,对周边环境影响不大,但对企业从业人员重点岗位的职业病危害因素仍需加强管理和控制。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the degree of occupational hazards in the joint station of oil production plant in oil field and to strengthen the control and preventive measures on the key positions of occupational hazards. Methods According to “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Occupational Disease Prevention and Control”, GBZ 159-2004 “Sampling Specifications for Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Air at Workplace”, GBZ / T 160.40-2004 “Determination of Mixed Hydrocarbons in Workplace Air”, GBZ / T 160.29-2004 “Methods for determination of inorganic nitrogen compounds in the air at workplaces”, GBZ / T 189.8-2007 “Measurement of physical factors in the workplace Part 8: Noise”, testing the hazards of 5 joint stations in the workplace. Results Among the five joint stations analyzed and analyzed, most of the occupational hazards in contact with work were in compliance with the requirements of occupational exposure limits. The results of the time-weighted average concentration (CTWA) of 1 non-methane total oil in a joint station exceeded the occupational exposure limit. The unqualified rate accounted for 20% of the total number of statistical types of work and accounted for 12% of the total. Conclusion Most of the joint stations in the oil production plant are located in remote mountainous areas with few residents and little impact on the surrounding environment. However, the occupational hazards in the key posts of enterprises need to be further managed and controlled.
