发电权交易是一种与现行发电计划安排方式兼容性较强的市场交易模式。相关的发电公司如何构造其在发电权市场的竞价策略,是其不可回避也是关系到切身利益的重要问题。文中以对发电权交易竞价行为分析为基础,在机会约束规划的框架下构建了发电权出让方和受让方的竞价模型。针对该模型的特点,提出了一种分层嵌套方法进行求解:在内循环中采用遗传算法,在外循环中采用文中提出的基于有限离散有界变量的简化算法。最后,以包含10个机组参与的发电权交易市场为例,对所提出的模型和方法进行了仿真验证,并在此基础上进一步分析了发电权交易中的竞价行为。
Generation rights trading is a form of market trading that is compatible with the current generation planning arrangements. How the relevant power generation companies construct their bidding strategies in the power generation market is an important issue that can not be avoided or is of vital interest. Based on the analysis of bidding transaction of power generation rights, this paper constructs the bidding model of transferor and transferee of power generation right under the framework of opportunistic planning. Aiming at the characteristics of the model, a hierarchical nested method is proposed to solve the problem. The genetic algorithm is adopted in the inner loop and the simplified algorithm based on the finite discrete variable in the outer loop is adopted. Finally, taking the power generation trading market including 10 units as an example, the proposed models and methods are verified by simulation. Based on this, the bidding behavior of power generation trading is further analyzed.
