覃某,女,5岁,1991年12月5日因头痛、哭闹不安半月初诊。家长代诉,患儿于1991年11月13日奔跑时被摩托车撞倒,头部着地,不省人事约3分钟。遂送省某医院急诊,诊为:①头皮血肿及裂伤,②颅骨骨折,③脑震荡?收外科住院治疗。经清创、缝合等处理及镇静,抗感染及中药活血祛瘀、消肿止痛等治疗14天,11月27日症状缓解出院。出院后患儿仍哭诉头痛,烦躁不安,夜间少寐,纳食不馨,精神萎靡不振。家长带往市某医院诊治,经CT检查发现:颅内有一约40mm×32mm大小血肿块,建议手术治疗。家长不同意手术,遂来求诊。诊见:体温36.7℃,呼吸22次/min,脉搏90次/min,血压11.5/7.5kPa。神清,精种萎靡,烦躁不安,左枕部有一约5cm×1cm大小疤痕,苔白,舌质
