用总体重建法对12例正常人、14例风心病二尖瓣关闭不全、20例二尖瓣脱垂患者的二尖瓣解剖结构及二尖瓣返流束进行了动态三维超声心动图重建。结果显示:动态三维超声心动图能从左室或左房侧显示二尖瓣装置的整体三维空间结构及动态变化,并且可显示二尖瓣关闭不全血液返流束的立体形态、横截面形状及在左房内的空间走向。研究表明:动态三维超声心动图能获得二尖瓣装置空间解剖结构的鸟瞰图并显示其活动,图像直观、逼真,立体感强,并能增强对二尖瓣装置立体解剖结构病变的理解,提高确诊率。
