遥感技术问世以来,迅速地被应用到各个学科领域。水文,是遥感技术应用最有成效的领域之一。在地表水和地下水资源的开发,水资源的动态分析、预报,洪水灾害的现状调查和预警,水利工程设计、施工等方面都取得了较大的进展。遥感在水文模型中的应用目前还处于确定某些参数的阶段。1981年到1983年期间,笔者曾对这个问题做过一些探索性研究,取得一些认一、SCS模型和CN信(?)的基本构想 1、SCS模型 SCS(Soil Conservation Service)模型是美国工程单位广泛使用的暴雨径流估算模型。它的特点是从研究径流产生的整个自然背景入手来揭示产流的数量
Since the advent of remote sensing technology, it has been rapidly applied to various disciplines. Hydrology is one of the most effective fields of application of remote sensing technology. Great progresses have been made in the development of surface and groundwater resources, dynamic analysis and forecast of water resources, status quo investigation and warning of flood disasters, water conservancy project design and construction. The application of remote sensing in hydrological models is still in the process of determining certain parameters.
