语言焦虑指学习者在使用还未充分习得的第二语言时所体验的忧虑和恐惧感,其产生有学习者内部及外部环境的多方面原因。语言焦虑是影响学习者学习第二语言的重要心理因素之一,合理利用和应对语言焦虑有助于提高语言学习效果。本文主要从两方面讨论了语言焦虑问题:语言焦虑的成因及其应对策略。基于对以往研究文献的回顾,提出克服和减轻学习者语言焦虑的有效策略,以期对第二语言教学提供借鉴和启发。
Language anxiety refers to the anxiety and fear experienced by learners when using a second language that has not been fully acquired. It generates multiple reasons for the learner’s internal and external environment. Language anxiety is one of the important psychological factors that affect learners’ learning of second language. Using and responding to language anxiety can help improve language learning. This paper mainly discusses language anxiety from two aspects: the causes of language anxiety and its coping strategies. Based on the review of previous research literature, this paper proposes an effective strategy to overcome and alleviate language anxiety of learners, so as to provide reference and inspiration for second language teaching.
