QCS— 0 1钴钼耐硫变换催化剂在以低含硫渣油为原料的德士古部分氧化法 (8.5 MPa压力气化的10 0 0 MTPD氨厂 )一段变换侧线装置上进行了工业侧线试验。结果表明 ,QCS— 0 1催化剂的变换活性 ,特别是低温活性、强度和稳定性等主要性能均优于德国 BA F公司的 K8— 11催化剂 ;可在高压、高水汽分压、高温和低硫条件下使用。探讨了在低硫和高硫原料两类氨厂使用 QCS— 0 1的可行性。
QCS-0 1 Cobalt-Molybdenum Sulfur-Tolerant Shift Catalyst The industrial side-line test was carried out on a section of the shift line unit using a Texaco partial oxidation process (8.5 MPa pressure gasified 10 000 MTPD ammonia plant) with low sulfur content as raw material . The results show that the conversion activity of QCS-0 1 catalyst, especially low temperature activity, strength and stability are better than the K8-11 catalyst of BA F company in Germany. It can be used in high pressure, high moisture partial pressure, high temperature and low sulfur Use under conditions. The feasibility of using QCS-0 1 in two types of ammonia plants with low-sulfur and high-sulfur feedstocks was discussed.
