为了观察补益药酒对小鼠和大鼠血液凝固和纤维蛋白溶解活性的稳态作用。利用小鼠体内血小板聚集实验 ,测定高胆固醇模型大鼠血浆t_PA与PAI 1含量和大鼠体内实验性血栓形成 3个环节实验。结果显示补益药酒可缓解ADP诱导的小鼠体内血小板聚集 ,缩短自主活动障碍时间 ;升高胆固醇模型大鼠血浆中t PA含量 ,降低PAI 1含量 ,使t PA与PAI 1比值恢复近于对照组水平 ,延长大鼠体内实验性血栓形成时间。证实补益药酒有缓解血液凝固和增加纤溶活性的作用 ,符合中医活血化瘀治则原理
To observe the steady state effect of Tonic Liquor on the blood coagulation and fibrinolytic activity of mice and rats. The blood platelet aggregation test in mice was used to determine the levels of plasma t_PA and PAI 1 in hypercholesterolemic rats and experimental thrombosis in rats. The results showed that tonic liquor could alleviate platelet aggregation in mice induced by ADP and shorten the time of autonomous activity disturbance; increase the tPA content in plasma of cholesterol model rats, reduce PAI 1 content, and restore the ratio of t PA and PAI 1 to the control group. Levels extend the experimental thrombus formation time in rats. It is proved that tonic liquor has the effect of relieving blood coagulation and increasing fibrinolytic activity, which is in accordance with the principles of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
