2005年11月24—26日,由中国人民大学中国社会保障研究中心与德国马普外国与国际社会法研究所共同主办的“中德社会保险发展研讨会”在中国人民大学举行。此次研讨会围绕着中德医疗保险、养老保险、工伤保险、社会保险管理体制、社会保险司法制度的最新发展,以及流动人口的社会保障问题、家庭在社会保障法中的角色、文化与社会保障的关系等八个专题展开了学术报告与讨论。中国人民大学中国社会保障研究中心主任郑功成教授和德国马普外国与国际社会法研究
From November 24 to November 26, 2005, “Seminar on Sino-German Social Security Development” co-hosted by China Social Security Research Center of Renmin University of China and Max Planner Institute of Foreign and International Law was held at Renmin University of China. The symposium revolves around the latest development of Sino-German medical insurance, old-age insurance, industrial injury insurance, social insurance management system and social insurance judicial system as well as social security for migrants, the family’s role in social security law, culture and society Protection of the relationship between the eight topics launched academic reports and discussions.
