作者结合30t钢包实例对IR─UT法进行了模拟实验,观察了诸工艺参数对包内流场的影响,讨论分析了满足包内流场保持合理状态所要求的工艺参数。模拟实验结论:对30t钢包而言,隔离罩内径以I.D1100~1200mm、插入深度以浸入钢液200~300mm为好;搅拌枪插入深度为枪嘴距包底200mm;升温枪吹氧量约为0.13~0.28Nm3/s、搅拌枪吹氩量约5×10-3~9×10-3Nm3/s.
The author combined the 30t steel ladle example to simulate the IRUT method, and observed the influence of the process parameters on the flow field in the bag. The process parameters required to meet the reasonable state of the flow field in the bag were discussed and discussed. Simulation results: For the 30t ladle, the inner diameter of the shield is I.
