目的探讨短果茴芹有效提取成分及降压的机制。方法采用高效液相色谱法,体外测定短果茴芹提取物对血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)的抑制作用。结果石油醚提取物组、乙酸乙酯提取物组的对血管紧张素转化酶抑制效果不明显;在药物浓度0.01-5 mg/ml的正丁醇提取物组和水提取物组对血管紧张素酶的抑制率均随药物浓度的增大而升高,但相同浓度的条件下,水提取物组的抑制率均略低于正丁醇提取物组,正丁醇和水提取物组的抑制率在3-5 mg/ml达到稳定,正丁醇提取物组和水提取物组的最高抑制率时的浓度为4 mg/ml时,最高抑制率分别为35%和30%。结论短果茴芹可能是通过抑制血管紧张素转化酶实现降压作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of effective extraction and antihypertensive effect of Aniseed. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the inhibition of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) by the extract of Aniseed. Results The petroleum ether extract group and ethyl acetate extract group had no obvious inhibitory effect on angiotensin converting enzyme.
