目的了解泌尿系统感染病原菌的分布及其对药物的耐药率,给临床提供合理用药依据.方法采用法国梅里埃公司细菌分析仪对临床标本中分离的病原菌进行鉴定和药敏试验.结果从2 865份尿标本中分离出336株病原菌,检出率为11.73%.其中革兰阴性杆菌226株,革兰阳性球菌92株,真菌 18株.阳性率最高的是大肠埃希菌,其次是凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌.药敏结果对青霉素类、头孢类抗生素的耐药率较高.结论泌尿系统感染主要由革兰阴性杆菌引起.临床医生用药时要结合药敏结果选择抗生素.
