目的与方法:采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白———过氧化物酶连结法(LSAB)免疫组化和图象定量分析技术检测50例非小细胞型肺癌(其中伴有淋巴结转移者32例,不伴转移者18例)上皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达。结果:EGFR表达与肿瘤间质淋巴细胞浸润(TIL)呈负相关(P<0.01),EGFR高表达时,TIL浸润少,肺癌的转移率高(83%)。EGFR的表达与肺癌的组织类型明显相关(P<0.05),但与肺癌的分化程度与转移无相关。结论:肿瘤细胞内EGFR的表达程度与体内肿瘤免疫机能密切相关,二者共同影响肺癌细胞的生长、分化和转移。
Objective and method: To detect 50 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (32 cases with lymph node metastasis) by streptavidin-peroxidase ligation (LSAB) immunohistochemistry and quantitative image analysis techniques. 18 cases without metastasis) Epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression. RESULTS: EGFR expression was negatively correlated with tumor interstitial lymphocyte infiltration (TIL) (P<0.01). When EGFR was highly expressed, TIL infiltration was less and the metastasis rate of lung cancer was higher (83%). The expression of EGFR was significantly associated with the histological type of lung cancer (P < 0.05), but it was not related to the degree of differentiation and metastasis of lung cancer. Conclusion: The expression of EGFR in tumor cells is closely related to tumor immune function in vivo. Both of them affect the growth, differentiation and metastasis of lung cancer cells.
