本文实验用8只狗,在低温体外循环条件下,阻断主动脉,立即将自制的ATPMgcl_2冷停搏液200~300ml,经主动脉根部灌注冠状动脉。阻断主动脉前和后30、90分钟分别取左心室壁的心内膜下方的心肌作电镜标本。结果阻断30、60分钟的心肌超微结构基本正常,阻断90分钟的心肌超微结构有轻微的可逆性改变,即部分线粒体微有肿胀或其嵴溶解,但线粒体膜完整,糖原颗粒无变化。经动物实验和临床观察,证实了该停搏液具有使心脏迅速停搏于舒张期,术后均能自动复跳并恢复窦性节律等良好的心肌保护作用,其形态观察结果与临床应用结果是相一致的。
In this paper, 8 dogs were used to block the aorta under hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass (CPAP). Immediately, the homemade ATPMgcl_2 cold cardioplegia was infused into the coronary artery via the aortic root. Block the aorta 30 and 90 minutes before and after taking the left ventricular wall of the myocardium under the endocardium for electron microscopy specimens. Results The myocardial ultrastructure was blocked at 30 and 60 minutes. The ultrastructure of myocardium which blocked for 90 minutes had a slight reversible change, that is, some mitochondria slightly swollen or dissolved in the cristae, but the mitochondrial membrane was intact. The glycogen granules No change. Animal experiments and clinical observations confirmed that the cardioplegic solution has a good cardioprotective effect of rapid cardioplegia in diastole and postoperative recovery and sinus rhythm recovery. The results of morphological observation and clinical application Is consistent.
