目的 探讨提高护生心理素质的方法与途径。方法 采用症状自评量表 (SCL—90 ) ,对在校护生心理干预前后心理健康状况的变化进行对照研究 ,心理干预方式采取集体心理辅导与个别心理咨询相结合。结果 护生在心理干预前 SCL— 90各因子得分 ,高于全国青年组常模 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;心理干预后 SCL— 90各因子得分 ,与干预前相比均有不同程度降低 (在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、敌对、精神病性方面差异有显著性 )。结论 对护校女生这一特殊群体应有针对性加强心理健康教育 ,进行集体心理辅导与个别心理咨询相结合是提高护生心理素质的有效途径和方法
Objective To explore ways and means to improve mental health of nursing students. Methods The Self-rating Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to compare the changes of mental health status before and after psychological intervention in school nursing students. The psychological intervention mode adopted the combination of collective counseling and individual psychological counseling. Results The score of each factor of SCL-90 before the psychological intervention was higher than the norm of the national youth group (P <0.01), and the score of each factor of SCL-90 after psychological intervention was lower than that before intervention (There was significant difference in somatization, coercion, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, hostility and psychosis). Conclusion This special group of nursing school girls should be targeted to strengthen mental health education, the combination of collective counseling and individual psychological counseling is an effective way and method to improve psychological quality of nursing students
