目的:探讨罗布麻叶挥发性成分的动态积累,为确定罗布麻叶的最佳采收期提供依据。方法:采用HS-GC-MS法分析不同采收时间罗布麻叶的挥发性成分,并用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量,以其中的主要活性成分指标,考察它们的动态变化。结果:初步分离出39种成分,鉴定出38种成分,其中共有成分21种,不同生长期罗布麻叶中挥发性成分积累具有一定规律。结论:罗布麻叶挥发性成分积累曲线最大峰值与传统采收期基本一致。
Objective: To explore the dynamic accumulation of volatile components in A. venetum leaves and provide basis for determining the optimal harvest period of A. venetum leaves. METHODS: HS-GC-MS method was used to analyze the volatile components of A. venetum leaves at different harvesting time. The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method, and the dynamic changes of the main active components were examined. RESULTS: Thirty-nine components were initially isolated and 38 components were identified. There were 21 common components. There were certain rules for the accumulation of volatile components in A. venetum leaves at different growth stages. Conclusion: The peak value of the accumulation curve of volatile components of Apocynum leaf is basically the same as the traditional harvest period.
