本研究以中国市场上近年实际发生的98个上市公司的产品伤害危机事件为对象,通过建立危机案例样本库,使用内容分析法对危机案例资料进行编码获得数据,以此研究产品伤害危机的响应策略及其路径规律,为中国市场上的产品伤害危机处理策略的选择提供一定的理论意见。
