政府采购档案是政府采购活动中形成的原始文件,采购档案管理是强化内部管理、规范采购行为的一项非常重要的基础工作。笔者结合自己的工作实践,从阐述充分认识加强政府采购档案管理的重要性入手,分析了政府采购档案管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了加强政府采购的档案管理的措施。
Government procurement files are the original documents formed in the government procurement activities. Purchasing records management is a very important basic work to strengthen internal management and standardize purchasing behavior. Based on the full understanding of the importance of strengthening the management of government procurement files, the author analyzes the problems in the management of government procurement files and puts forward the measures to strengthen the file management of government procurement.
