近年来,随着教育事业的不断发展壮大和改革,国家对技能型人才的需要量不断加强,中职院校的教育受到社会各界的重视,而想要做好中职院校的教育工作,其中对学生社会主义核心价值观的培育又是我们教育的重点,只有培育好学生的社会主义核心价值观,让学生对自己、对社会有一个正确的认识,学生在学校里才能够更好地学习,树立正确的目标,更好地为社会服务。然而,在中职院校里想要培育好学生的社会主义核心价值观并不是一件容易的事,在南疆从事中职院校学生社会主义核心价值观培育工作多年,发现校校协同育人的机制,对于学生社会主义核心价值观的培育具有十分重要的作用,将以南疆中职院校为例,从“建立校校协同育人机制,共享教学资源”“构建‘三全’育人体系,不断巩固和深化民族团结教育成果”“基于协同育人的校校共建路径在南疆中职院校的效应分析”三个方面来探讨培育学生社会主义核心价值观的方法。
