导游队伍存在着文化层次整体不高,高级导游及小语种导游数量少,激励机制不完善,收入不透明等一系列问题。其结构性的缺陷成为制约我国旅游服务质量的瓶颈。该文针对性地提出了一些改善策略,希望能对解决以上问题有所帮助。
There are a series of problems in the tour guide team, such as low overall cultural level, low number of senior tour guides and small language tour guides, imperfect incentive mechanism, and opaque income. Its structural defects have become the bottleneck restricting the quality of China’s tourism service. This article puts forward some improvement tactics pertinently, hoping it can be helpful to solve the above problems.
