采用盆栽方法,以ROC22、云蔗06–407、云蔗05–211为试验材料,研究磷素(磷浓度分别为0.2、1 000μmol/L,分别记为P1、P2)对3个甘蔗品种(系)生长的影响。结果表明:P1处理下,云蔗06–407的总根长、根表面积、根直径、根体积、茎径、冠鲜重、冠干重比P2处理分别增加了19.50%、31.63%、11.11%、42.25%、14.21%、39.99%和36.31%,ROC22、云蔗05–211的总根长、根表面积、根体积、茎径、冠鲜重、冠干重均低于P2处理;在P2处理下,ROC22具有较高的磷利用效率,在P1和P2处理下,云蔗06–407的磷利用效率均较高。综合分析结果表明,P1处理下,云蔗06–407的根系和地上部生长较好;P2处理下,ROC22、云蔗05–211的根系和地上部生长较好。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of phosphorus (P 0.2, 1000 μmol / L, respectively P1 and P2) on three sugarcane varieties (ROC22, Sugarcane 06-407 and Sugarcane 05-211) Department) the impact of growth. The results showed that total root length, root surface area, root diameter, root volume, stem diameter, crown weight and crown to dry weight ratio increased by 19.50%, 31.63%, 11.11% , 42.25%, 14.21%, 39.99% and 36.31% respectively. The total root length, root surface area, root volume, stem diameter, crown fresh weight and crown dry weight of ROC22, , ROC22 had higher phosphorus use efficiency. Under the treatment of P1 and P2, the phosphorus use efficiency of Yun-cai 06-407 was higher. The results of comprehensive analysis showed that under P1 treatment, root and shoot growth of Yunji 06-407 was better. Under P2 treatment, the root and shoot growth of ROC22 and Yunane 05-211 were better.
