目的 :探讨内皮依赖性舒张因子 (EDRF/NO)对豚鼠耳蜗微循环的调节作用。方法 :2 8只豚鼠 ,随即分为4组 ,每组 7只。生理盐水组静脉注射生理盐水 ,L Arg/S组和L Arg/L组静脉注射不同剂量L 精氨酸 ,L NNA组静脉注射L 硝基 精氨酸。行耳蜗开窗后 ,利用计算机图像分析系统 ,对豚鼠耳蜗的血流、血管管径、血压、心率、血气进行分析。观察了不同剂量L 精氨酸 (L Arg)及L 硝基 精氨酸 (L NNA)对豚鼠耳蜗血流 (CoBF)的作用。结果 :L Arg/S组 ,用药后耳蜗血液流速加快 ,管径扩张 ,平均动脉压均下降 ;L Arg/L组 ,用药后耳蜗血流速度增加后流速减慢 ,管径扩张 ,血压升高 ;L NNA组 ,用药后流速减慢 ,血管管径收缩 ,但持续时间很短。与用药前相比差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :EDRF/NO对CoBF有调节作用 ,适当剂量的EDRF/NO可扩张血管 ,加快血流 ,增加耳蜗微循环的灌注量
Objective: To investigate the regulation of endothelium-dependent relaxing factor (EDRF / NO) on cochlear microcirculation in guinea pigs. METHODS: Twenty-eight guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups of 7. The rats in normal saline group were injected with normal saline intravenously, L Arg / S group and L Arg / L group with different doses of L arginine, and L NNA group with L-nitro arginine intravenously. After the cochlear window was opened, the computer image analysis system was used to analyze the cochlear blood flow, blood vessel diameter, blood pressure, heart rate and blood gas of guinea pigs. The effects of different doses of L Arg and L-NNA on cochlear blood flow (CoBF) in guinea pigs were observed. Results: In the Arg / S group, the blood flow velocity and diameter of the cochlea in the L Arg / L group were both increased after treatment, and the velocity of blood flow was slowed, the diameter of the blood vessels was increased, ; L NNA group, the flow rate slowed down after treatment, vascular diameter contraction, but the duration is very short. Compared with before treatment, the differences were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: EDRF / NO can regulate CoBF. The appropriate dose of EDRF / NO can dilate blood vessels, accelerate blood flow and increase perfusion of microcirculation in the cochlea
