随着食用菌代料资源的拓宽,木耳代料栽培技术也在进一步研究和推广。由于毛木耳适应性广,抗性强,产量高,易推广,在我们多年试验和栽培实践的基础上,初步摸索出了木屑袋栽毛木耳的高产配套技术,现总结如下。 (一)筛选复壮优良毛木耳品种 经我们多年的品种比较试验,初步筛选出Au897、杂交40、黄背毛木耳较为适宜木屑袋式栽培,其中以Au897、杂交40表现最好。这三个品种菌丝洁白、浓密、粗壮,生活力强,污染率低(污染率Au897为5.6%,杂交40为6.6%,黄背木耳为16.5%),平均生物学效率:Au897为137.68%,杂交40为114.08%,黄背木耳为123%。 (二)选择适宜的栽培季节 毛木耳系中温偏高品种,菌丝生长最适温度为25~28℃,而子实体在22~30℃范围内生长均良好。根据我省的气温条件,春耳期
